create Big Sur ICNS

now to figure out the best way to use it: fully replace like Chrome does, even on older versions (which I don't like) or keep the current icon and only update the doc icon (which might be confusing) - I can't ship two icons.

@aishwarydhare I decided to ship the big sur icon for every mac user. I don't like it on catalina (which I'm still on) but eventually most people will upgrade anyway.
