help new merchant customise their store settings

The problem with big platforms is that they tend to force square pegs into round holes.
There's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to running a business, especially for SMBs.

Our philosophy is every merchant should be able to customise their own settings in order to run their business as they deem fit.

Today I helped new merchant:
- deactivate the platform fee because they want to absorb it for their customers
- set a minimum order for free delivery
- set a different minimum order basket for weekdays and weekends

They can easily do these in the dashboard, of course.
But as we are still nascent, i'm happy to do things that don't scale as a special concierge service to our early signups.
