I also (bullet) journal. Normally reflect on past week including wins, challenges, things to improve going forward, and gratitude. Then make a to-do list for the next week including top 3 priorities

love the break down! I journal on these exact same items! The gratitude ones really make a huge difference. I've developed my own journal which I plan publishing on Amazon lol
