i love Person of Interest. i'm actually starting a rewatch

it gets so much better from season 2

IMO it's awesome throughout all 5 seasons! In my mind S1 was the worst, but rewatching it I noticed it's actually still really good — even the "meh" episodes have great moments, like the one where Theresa gets reunited with her aunt

Me too! It's my all-time favorite. I've also been rewatching, I'm on episode 20 of season 1 now!

I think I have to watch it too sometime then :D I absolutely LOVED watching Mr Robot - is it similar?

you're right. it's been a few years, so it's nice watching it via a different lens. i also understand certain nuances more now, that i didn't quite get before.
