Remove all instances of Discord/Telegram from the site.
The fragmentation of the chat aspect of the community needs to be centralized on a single protocol. I have decided that is Slack.
If you are in the old Discord or Telegram chats, you are welcome to stay and continue using it, they will not be shut down, they just will no longer be promoted as official chat mediums.
