Try out render, heroku, digital ocean and finally install listmonk on aws
Yeah AWS is pretty good but once you get past the free tier, the prices are steep. It depends on what you're looking for though, a simple VM or something else.

Aws is what I'm most comfortable with. Everything else seems to be paid to accomplish what I was trying to do. Render seems cool if you have a docker image and no need for ssh
