How makers stay productive

Just did that for my late-2009 iMac recently!

Coincidentally I spent the exact same amount to repair my iMac's logic board! Initially wanted to use it as a second screen but this model is too old and doesn’t have thunderbolt 💤 sad

That's a nifty fix! The entire process took me a good half a day. I've maxed it at High Sierra and now using it as daily driver. Quite pleased with how everything turned out :)

I'm running on 250gb + 4gb ram + El Capitan. Been doing for 8hrs and now i manage to install it. There is some updates maybe it can be High Sierra. This laptop is for my family use, is old + slow, so just back up and reformat everything. Cheap $350 old macbook pro haha

Well done! ;) i did 3x fail. Then I key in apple id to connect with internet first, once done. It shows error. Then i just open Terminal and key in Bash command: 021214152015 for the date & off the internet and good to go!
