Successfully completed 14 days of intermittent fasting
Currently doing 16/8, but usually it gets up to 17/7. The 16 hour point is when most of the benefits really kick in so I want to slowly increase the length.
Feel pretty good actually. It's a lot easier than I thought it would be, I feel more energetic, calm, clear, and my resting heart rate is much better. This is the natural state the human body evolved for, so it's unfortunate people think of it as "punishing" themselves. I'm pretty happy with the results and hope to maintain this long term :D
16 hours fasting 8 hours eating window. No restrictions on what can be eaten during the 8 hours but I try to eat healthy.
