🏋️‍♂️ 1 hour home gym workout

tbh it takes more like 2-3 hours because i can't just do one thing at a time.

in between sets i ....
- make a protein smoothie
- do laundry
- fold laundry
- do the dishes
- check Twitter
- check Makerlog
- vacuum the floor
- "reward" myself with one turn of a mobile game
- etc etc etc

idk if this counts as adhd but such is my lyfe
