Went to Chiropractor, will be going 3 days week for the next 90 days.
Entire spine, so basically since I have terrible posture and have sat at a desk for basically the past 25 years it's affected the curve of my spine. My neck curve isn't really a curve anymore and so my vertebrae are in early stages of fusing together, so we need to reverse this and get the curve back. My lower curve is curving too much to offset the neck issues. All of which affects the nerves which affects everything. Even though I'm 39, my body is basically acting like I'm in my 50's or 60's. So starting off intensely to get back to semi-normal, then we'll do long-term stuff to keep me in check. So, go see a good chiropractor regularly even if you don't seem to have issues.
Shit, that's a lot man. Hopefully it can all be fixed without needing surgery, touch wood! Please take care and be well x
It's a lot but sounds like it's not overly uncommon (especially for people who site at a desk a lot, plus sports). It's just good we caught it now so that we can take care of it before it's permanent damage. Chiropractor has no concern about being able to mostly fix it without surgery, so that's good. Thanks for the thoughts!
