Reprogramming my mindset.
1. You don't need to build a 100% unique product.
2. PaaS is hard. SaaS is relatively easy. It might be hard in 2000, but today it's not hard/complex.
3. Teach is not hard. With technology like nodejs, tailwind, etc., things have become pretty easy.
4. You don't need strong technical skills, all MVP are just blocks of codes, and all SaaS who make money are marketers and SEO specialists. Not tech people.
