- recorded some videos demo of the issue and solution
Interesting discovery: When you write down the issues and it's potential solution. It seems it was so much easier to record a video, and you don't need to think what you need to talk to.
Morning light workout
I start to enjoy doing it in the morning before things get busy in the rest of the day.
Had call with previous developer about the issues on the portfolio sections of wp site
Present slides on the team
Good to hear that we will be pushing in this directions
Yesterday: Compile presentations on the ecomerce
I've used the miro board to compile the informations and images. This seems so much easier to use, before actually putting into the canva or google slides. You can easily zoom in and zoom out to other parts of the content because of the big canvas.

Yesterday: Explore different Software for installing windows inside mac as virtual OS
VMware and Virtual Box seems didn't work well with M1 Mac.
I end up using the Parallel Desktop. Surprisingly, the Parallel works well with M1. and it have some great feature where the files automatically sync to your files in the Main OS.
Initially, I try loading the Lite version of the windows 10 that I've downloaded somewhere but it seems it was not compatible with m1. So I just use the default with windows 11 inside Parallel Desktop.
It feels like I'm just using a normal applications in Mac.

Re-purpose blog
Have you ever been so focused on reaching a goal that you forgot to appreciate the journey along the way?
Maybe it's time to pause for a moment.
Back in 2017, I captured a beautiful sunset during my usual ride in my hometown of Cavite. At that time, I was already freelancing. I'd been meaning to publish this draft but kept forgetting. Recently, I stumbled upon the photo and some thoughts on my old Trello board.
The 2017 version of me wrote this line:
"On your way towards your goals, you might be rushing, trying to sprint as much as you can. STOP! You could be missing out on the best scenery along the way because you're in such a hurry."
Looking back, it's astonishing how driven (and sometimes lacking focus) I was, rushing towards my goals without pausing to enjoy the moment.
This reminds me of a video by Alan Watts, where he talks about the purpose of music. He said that the point of music isn't to reach a destination, but to enjoy the journey itself.
Here is the video:
The point of music is not to reach a destination, but to enjoy the journey. You don't play a symphony to reach the end. The point of the symphony is the music itself. Likewise, you don't dance your life away to arrive at the end. The point is dancing.
This photo serves as a reminder for me to pause and appreciate the journey β to take a break from rushing towards my goals and enjoy the present moment.
