Zapier doesn't seem ok for handling simple clics (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIbSEa6KqYI&t=849s), I will prefer use a real backend to relay from Webflow to Airtable.

Webflow + Memberstack + (Zappier or Integromat) + Airtable seems good starting blocs. Hope to see some kinds of plugins for webflow to simplify processes.
