We've been doing some paid promotions on Telegram (advertising on other channels) with very good results in terms of conversion to bot users. This will be the first time we target a crypto-specific community, with >500K subscribers. Let's see how it works!

We've been doing some traditional web promotion (paid campaigns, organic actions outside Telegram ecosystem: social networks, blog posting...) until now, so those users came through our website to our Telegram bot.

Now we've started with some Telegram channel promotions, so all new users are coming directly to our bot. The first results in terms of conversion (audience of the promotions > users subscribed to our bot) are REALLY good in comparison, but some users are asking to have a broader view of what we are offering. We've trying to find improvement points in our bot onboarding process and copies, but add to this we're adding some "touch points" in the copies and onboarding process, so users can get more information from our website FAQ or Premium service descriptions.
