5 things I’ve learned so far and how great the BIP community is
Honed in on my target audience
Initially, I wanted to focus on helping all creators with customer success. Including newsletter/content creators, digital goods makers, and SaaS founders.
But I found it challenging to write to all three because even though they’re all “creators,” their problems are different.
Every field needs Customer Success. But I don’t think the pain points are strong enough for someone writing a newsletter vs. SaaS founders who require customers to stay in business.
6 out of 7 of my email subs are in the SaaS space, small sample size, but it is telling; that is now my focus.
As I created my email topics for the next month, I found it easier to write them out since I knew my focus and specific problems.
I’m excited. 👋🏼

Launched my landing page, got 2 subscribers 😄
The current copy pictured is temporary...I knew if I kept postponing until I finished the "final" copy, I'd never launch. I'm about 85% done with the "better" copy - @kamphey gave me some incredible pointers as usual. Alright, this is fun.
