Servication

Okay, so this September we achieve good things for a start. Even though we had the projects by our friends and references. We also discounted our price a bit in return that if their friends want to build something, they need to refer us. Let's take that as a small marketing budget to spent.

So, These were our plans for September :
- Get new followers on social media, at least Twitter and LinkedIn by 20 followers. The result, Twitter is 13, Linkedin 20. Haven't do anything about engagement. Also, Instagram needs more attention since lots of business owners using the platform.
- Relaunch our website. We did launch it and gain a 200% spike in visitors.
- Get at least 4 clients onboarding. The result is we got 3 into deals for now.
- Create content for social media. We still haven't achieved this. Too busy building.
- Launched 2 client's websites.

As we talk to clients, I realize that I need more value to offer and some unique selling point and package it into the services. And sometimes, the customer seems doesn't know what they want on their website.

I felt really stiff and rusty on presenting my own services today. I need practice more again for real

- Share the works on Servication website
- Draft about my first e-book 🤞
- Finished my EQ course on Udemy.
