Notify discord and telegram that they are being deprecated

The realtime chat portion of the community is too fragmented. I need to pick one and promote it. I don't want to shut down Discord or Telegram, but we will no longer be promoting them on the site or encouraging users to join them.

The official chat for Makerlog will be Slack.

If you are a user of Discord or Telegram you are free to continue using them and chatting along with everyone. They won't be shut down. Just not promoted anymore.
