set up an experiment for a client to figure out how to start to build a community with surveying the rightway
Survey:
1. has to be open questions (two is a fine number)
2. with minimal other data - to help segmentation
3. people who already took it must have another round to up or downvote other issues.
We'll use it to validate the hypothesis of the target audience's biggest pain-points.
N.B. we had email addresses already and some rough data to segment.
