π€© Lost 6kg & gain abit now and then, i should keep going till i loose 10kg!
I lost 7kg since June this year and will continue for 5kg more. The main secret is to remove bread and solid food completely (mostly eat soups and liquid food) + cultivate discipline and self-belief. I average between 0.5kg to 1kg weight loss per week.
