okay, so what you do there is use a tool like https://rogueamoeba.com/loopback/ to specify the specific audio, but other than that as long as you setup separate scenes and add your specific audio sources to each video should be fine. You can also mute or remove audio sources on each scene
Make sure you use the auto config to get a rough idea, then other changes to make would be to change to nvenc if you have an NVIDIA card, otherwise try and use hardware encoding where possible. - If you're having issues still, then you can work on the bitrate. For twitch, use inspector.twitch.tv to test as well.
I have activated Mac hardware encoding and my MBP doesn’t sound like a jet anymore. I want to separate audio sources (sound from iTunes and mic) so I can have a „break“ or „secret stuff“ screen where my mic is disabled and only music playing
