I’d been experiencing sleeplessness or restless sleep recently.

Likely culprits, and solutions:
• Ketosis. Try to get out of it for a night.
• Lack of glucose for brain function at night. Experiment with raw honey before bed.
• Not eating enough. Eating more, and more satiating foods. Protein and fat.
• Lack of movement and exercise. Move more.
• Stress. Destress!
