Bought my first ad on Facebook! Came as part of the grant, I got $900 to spend on getting 1000 people to use my chat bot for the next 3 years. Is $900 enough? 🤔

I see I see. Sounds complex indeed. What are some key things or gotchas to look out for, based on your experience? Any must-read resources on FB ads you'd recommend?

Testing is a good tip. I'm starting to realise that too, and keen to experiment with images and copy. Thanks for the validation! :)

My key takeaways were to create different ad sets, see which is performing, double down on those, kill the ones that aren't performing. Keep monitoring. In a nutshell.

I learnt from trial & error, coaching from a friend, and just reading all over. Can't pinpoint to any particular resources unfortunately, and most "FB Ads Blueprint" type of material are behind paywall or paid products 🤷🏻‍♂️

@poppacalyse really? What's your experience like with Facebook ads? Was a lil worried it's not enough…Btw I meant not users reached but actual subscribers to the chatbot..

FB Ads can be quite complex, but i did get decent amount of sales for the ad spend budgeted.

i'm not sure who/how you're targetting. For some ppl, they can easily burn through $900 in a day or two. For others, that same amount can be stretched out for months. I think it depends what your directives are and what your company is hoping to achieve and by what deadline.
