Switched 3 out of 4 of the `@mouseover + v-if` hover of the invisible toolbar on the /write page to Bulma-based dropdowns, because writers might need to copy the markdown tips, the writing prompts and definitely need the dropdown menu to persist for the checkboxes and publish button.
Took half a day to nest all the code bit by bit in dropdown classes, and then having to re-adjust the spacing because dropdown menus come with different default spaces!😩
