Do latency testing Denmark <-> Frankfurt and Denmark <-> Sweden on AWS to determine best location

Not worth it. Varies between 1-3ms faster in Stockholm (3-9%) but at 27-30ms, this is not enough to invest heavily in since our app servers are still in Frankfurt, and has to connect to Sweden if so..
