Fixed bug where nothing would load if either day were empty

User's profile picture and header now update after all tasks have been loaded to make it look more synchronous
Comments now properly display GIFs
Sometimes pressing enter doesn't work, I need to figure out why

Now showing praise badges if there's praise and the setting is enabled
Added theme select to settings
Now sorting based on the creation date instead of last_updated
Anyway, fixed all the date-issues! 98% sure this time
No longer showing tasks from 2 days ago, which Makerlog was still supplying for some reason
Now waiting for all tasks to finish loading before showing... You know, for sorting purposes
Apparently, the proper-sorting now works.
90% chance I fixed the task-showing-up-on-the-wrong-day bug
I didn't fix it. Trying again...
