A spammer signed up with a username that had spaces and it broke things, whoops.
Now only allowed alphanumeric with underscores and dashes.

Just a heads up, hashtags no longer link to the product, you select your avatar next to the task title and that's a dropdown to allow you to change from personal to product tasks.
