Decided after more testing that I will not use buttondown.mail for several reasons. So I am going for a few changes on Mailchimp to make it language-friendly.

Found out why they are showing my home address: ' International spam law requires that all marketing emails include your physical mailing address and contact information. Tested the subscribe flow. Found out that once you subscribe, Mailchimp gives you my HOME ADDRESS! ouch!
