Going to ask chatGPT what it thinks it should be...BRB while I brainstorm with AI.

It is time to rectify my lack of building in public using MakerLog. There is a challenge that came across on Twitter that I want to participate, hosted by https://xata.io/, and submissions are due by January 8th, 2023. Top 3 entries get $500 (plus swag I believe) and Top 10 entries just get swag.

I am planning on building a swipe-able shopping experience.

I made the Podcast Badges clickable so they can open up the podcast listening platform of choice to open in a new tab.

Implement links for Anchor.fm Podcast Page to "Listen to the Podcast" button + Discord Community Invite Link to "Join the Community" button.

Implement Social Media Icons for Youtube, Twitter, & LinkedIn. Also linked them accordingly.

Well, the time has come to make a special announcement!

I will be attending my first speaking engagement at Career Karma on July 11th, 2022 at 3PM PST / 5PM CST / 6PM EST. It is a Live Audio Room within their platform.

I praise God for this incredible opportunity. So much has happened, from attending a coding bootcamp (devCodeCamp) while working part-time at DHS to being hired as a full-time video creator, getting laid off from the video creator role, having to work for FedEx while interviewing with various tech companies, and eventually getting hired on to Layer One Media as a UI/UX Developer.

And I get the opportunity to talk about this journey and share insight on how adapting to adversity, staying motivated, and having a strong faith is a formula to landing your first tech career role.

Going to be building out my official portfolio website using the latest version of Angular (practice makes perfect...they say) and whatever CSS Framework I decide on (between Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS).

What an awesome feeling it is to push your first two commits at your dream career job. So surreal!

Got to get very familiar with AngularJS since it is a frontend framework I will be working with 90% of the time at my new and first developer job as a UI/UX Developer with Layer One Media.

Need to learn how to use the React Hook useContext so I can avoid prop drilling within the codebase.

- Tweak and finalize the styling of the application
- Make the application responsive

I have been taking a LinkedIn Learning course that goes over Javascript Design Patterns as a refresher for a technical interview I am waiting to be appointed to. God-willing, I get a response soon from the SaaS company with the date and time.

I am glad my current temporary day job gave me the day off from delivering FedEx packages so I can attend my interviews today. I should be hearing back from both companies within the next day or end of the week. I am praying and hopeful, that I will get offers and have to make a hard decision between the two.
