Updates to the newsletter subscriber form UI

Updated the default sample form that Audience generates for the newsletter, it now has some inline CSS styles. So you can just copy and paste and it works.

I've cleaned up the UI around the subscriber forms to bring them into line with the newsletter UI. Put a new menu in place.

I added the Newsletter logo to the newsletter name on the top of the screen and the menu when you are looking at that newsletter.

Added a new "Build your own Form" section that has all the details you need to create form and tie it to the Audience API

A basic thank you page

I've added a basic thank you page to Audience newsletters now. It isn't fully customisable yet but when a user subscribes to the newsletter they see a thank you page that will give them access to your latest newsletters.

Add custom redirect support

I've added support for a custom redirect once a subscriber has signed up. By default, it will take the subscriber to the newsletter's thank you page.

But I now have the flexibility to redirect it anywhere a user wants. It might be a feature I allow in higher plans to allow you to redirect back to your website.

Add newsletter signup to home page

I updated the landing page to include the signup for the audience newsletter and the read latest link.

Updated the newsletter public page

I updated the newsletter public page, to include a list of the latest editions. (it's really all of them, we don't have many yet )

Added in a footer for subscribing as well as the header subscribe option.

Fix the menu on docs

Fixed up the menu on the docs page. Set the buttons to full width and fix up the font.

Update the newsletter view

The public page for the newsletter has an update, lists the latest editions and includes the description and image from the newsletter profile.

First version of docs

I've created the first version of the docs and published them using my new doc editor.

- Create newsletter
- Signup forms
- Verification Email settings
- Connect to Mailgun
- Mailgun webhooks
- Connect to AWS SES
- Connect to Sendgrid

This version of these docs mostly focuses on the audience side and some simple explaining of the fields you need to setup.

I'll update and add more around these docs as I go forward.

Deploy first edition of Docs page

I've set the first edition of the docs page into production.

Still have to work on the menu and make some changes to it but it's up and running now.
