How do you manage work items?; Roadmap, todos, …

I dont use any task mgt app actually. Maybe sometimes a sticky note. Sometimes I use Telegram Saved Messages to write some to-dos.

I know you're handling many tasks. Do you have any tips for managing checklists?

I use Asana for my task management, but it soon get messy at times.
