Agree. Health and wellness in mind and body is the first mover for everything. I'm increasingly learning that too for myself.

insightful breakdown. with every story and experience im more convinced the first step or rather step 0 is taking care of yourself, this is the best foundation to this journey. managing own mental model and bias is extremely difficult.
