All changes to my hobby app done

It's time to build it and submit it to Google Play, Amazon Store, Huawei AppGallery, and update information on the website.

Finished important updates to my hobby app

It was about a few critical fixes. I was able to finish all of them. I still need to do some small cosmetic changes and release the new version.

Update Android Studio /

My beloved hobby app doesn't get much attention from me because I'm full-time #localazy now (and I love it!).

However, it started failing on Android 11, and so I just want to fix a minor issue, but apparently, I need to download 11 Gigs of updates to get my Android Studio in shape :-).

Time for a short workout to get the body in shape too!

It failed anyway and broke the whole Android Studio :-). Well, at least, it gave me time for a short workout. Now, get back to work! :-)

80 tasks done in a single day!

At the start of each year, recurrent annual tasks jump straight into my TODO list. All those scheduled to the first day of every month do the same.

They are mostly related to some checks, taxes, finances, administration, etc. Definitely, I don't enjoy them as much as something productive, but they are necessary to keep things going :-).

I resolved many tasks, at least on my side, by delegating them to the right person or by just marking them as finished because there is already some "system" in place.

I still need to prepare docs for investors, but it has to wait for the team meeting. I'm not going to make the same mistake again - setting up the KPIs for everything alone.

Not eating that frog on purpose

There are several important tasks, but I started the year by solving all those small ones to clean my table and feel much better about those big ones! Nothing to escape to :-).
