For the editor, I want to create a few templates I can use for testing but also as starting points.

I have been doing a lot of experiments on the UX, some with HTML, mostly with a pencil. Trying to work out a good way for users to create emails in the new editor. I think I have a flow I like for now, at least it should be good for V1.

Now I think I need to start to pull this together.

Doing some planning around the new editor, what the next phase will be and what I want to try and get working.

More work on the new editor, this time working with the layouts to build the emails.

A little sneak peek at the design for the editor, working out the layouts before I start coding it up.

A design update, need to start setting up the base settings for the email, the default background colour, alignment, etc

A little bit of work on the image styling for the new editor. The idea is that this editor will let you set the inline styles so the image will work across all email clients.

This is a sneak peek, it will likely look a lot different when I'm finished.

Doing a bit more UI design, still not sure how I want this all to fit together, but working with pencil and paper helps to try and see what it will look like.

Working on the design flow for the new image style editor will allow you to upload the image and then set or customise the inline style for the images.

I want to make sure I can build out the style of the images so they will display right in all email clients.

Added in support to upload an image into the email in the new editor.

Next up is some styling work for the images, so as you upload the images it can take the style you want for the email.

I am adding image support to the new editor.

I'm working on a bunch of content for the audience blog, The first set will be all about email delivery, how to improve it, spam and bounces and how email actually works.

I've added an export option to the new editor I'm working on, this will just dump the email as HTML into a file for me to use in other places.

The new editor prototype can now send an email to myself, I think that's the best way to test it all, instead of scheduling it, I can just send it over to myself.

New year, new editor. I'm going to start by building it out as a prototype. There are a few things I want to try and see if I can do.
