Hoping to write some decent content. I am not sure how to choose something based on quality/time ratio - a bit hard, but will do. Also, thinking if Youtube could be a valid content strategy?

If you're building a product in a market with big players, remember that:

- less can be more
- 80% of customers only use 20% of the features

So.. stop counting the features your competitor has. Check out what people truly gain from it and try to double down on that.

A simpler product, maybe even cheaper? 🚀

Find the 20%, and laser focus on that!

Getting high dopamine from interesting ideas I've had these days. I'll wait out before acting and see if it's just the buzz of the moment :)
