...by all measures, Plugins is working, and has potential to grow further. But I wanted Lifelog to succeed so much that I had ignored Plugins for too long. I’ll need a more balanced approach moving forward.

I’ll still develop Lifelog to be the writing tool that I want to keep using every day. But Plugins will need to step up to be my revenue generator. Guess what? On monthly average, it had already surpassed Lifelog! Right under my nose!

About focus:
It’s easy to say no to things you know are unimportant. It’s a no-brainer to say yes to things that are easily identifiable as important.

Bad things, no. Good things, yes. Simple.

But true focus is about saying no to even the good things.

Read that again. You heard that right.

Yes, because you got to give up on even the good things if you want to truly focus on the great things, the exceptional goals that will move the needle by 10x, or 100x.
